What is an FDN-P?
FDN-P stands for Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.
It is a certification that allows practitioners to use functional lab testing to find the connections between health complaints and test results. FDN-Ps educate and coach their clients about the healing opportunities that exist for them on an individual basis..
FDN-P is also a board-certified holistic
health practitioner designation
Do I have to be local to work one-on-one?
No! Our team works with individuals all over the country using video and audio platforms to suit your needs.
What are "Functional Lab" tests?
Functional laboratory testing may include blood, stool, urine, saliva or hair samples to provide information about a variety of systems including metabolic, hormonal, nutritional, endocrine, gastrointestinal, immune, genetic, and detoxification. There is specific training required to interpret these labs correctly.
Are any services or lab testing covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?
We do not bill insurance directly or provide you with specific documents to submit to your insurance. We do provide you with a transaction receipt, but these receipts are not recognized by many insurance companies.
However, if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or (FSA) credit card, we find that many clients are able to purchase our functional lab testing easily. We suggest checking with your HSA/FSA provider if you aren't sure!

Do you work with children & teenagers?
We absolutely work with children and teenagers and anyone in the family who needs our help. So many of the health problems we face are rooted in childhood- and even go back to birth! If your child has been diagnosed or is having issues (digestive, ADD/ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, skin conditions, etc.) We would love to work with them and resolve these issues early on and in a safe and natural way.
