I'm Kristy Roderick 

I am a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), Board-Certified Functional Health Practitioner, Certified Hormone Specialist, and have a background in hospital nursing. As the owner and lead practitioner at Revive Functional Wellness, I am passionate about helping others regain control over their health through a functional, whole-body approach.

In my mid-30s, I began experiencing a rapid onset of symptoms, leading to multiple diagnoses: thyroid autoimmunity, IBS, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and more. After countless doctor visits, trips to the ER, and medications, I found myself dealing with more side effects than relief. Feeling frustrated and hopeless, I began to take my health into my own hands, researching functional medicine and addressing the underlying causes of my symptoms one by one.

My personal healing experience ignited my passion for functional health, and I decided to pursue a career where I could help others who were facing similar struggles. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate complex health issues alone, which is why I am dedicated to offering the support, coaching, guidance, and testing options that I once desperately needed. At Revive Functional Wellness, we use cutting-edge functional diagnostic testing to help explore the causes of our clients' health concerns, and my goal is to provide personalized, comprehensive care to guide you toward a better, healthier you!
